Our sweet little boy, Jetson was blessed Saturday September 9th 2017. He wore an outfit that Dustin's family friend Lee gave to us. (Her mom knitted the outfit for her children and she passed it to us). He also used a blanket that my family friend Shirley knitted for him!

He woke up really happy and let Dustin and I prepare for company as we needed. Dustin and I cooked together, gave Jetson a bath and Dustin cleaned up the yards. At 5:30 lots of our family gathered at our home for his blessing.
All the melchezidick priesthood holders in the room gathered around Jetson. The men in the circle were Shane Batistich, Josh Batistich, Jordan Hastings, Marshall Stout, Drew Lander, Lance Batistich, Dan VonForell and of course daddy!

Daddy blessed you to be happy, protected and healthy. He blessed you that you will be able seek the light of the gospel through these troubled times. He also blessed you with the gift of revelation. He said at the end how much we all love you! Afterwards everyone in the family crowded around to get a look at that cute face of yours!
After your blessing we took some pictures and then we had a tri-tip & chicken dinner for everyone. Your cousin Chase gave the blessing on the food and it was really sweet, he kept saying how happy he was to gather with all these "wonderful people" and to be together.
The rest of the night consisted of total over stimulation for you. You were just being obsessed over and everyone wanted to hold you! You were so tired you fell asleep in my arms despite the really loud chaos of kids running around our house.
We had kids running wild and family visiting all over the house. The last guests didn't leave till almost midnight! It was quite the celebration for you. You konked out for bed at about 11 PM and slept all night.
That was your blessing day in a nutshell, we love you so much sweet Jetson.
