Easter 2018

This weekend was much needed by our family! We got to relax and watch conference as we celebrated the Easter holiday!

Jetson loved his easter basket, equipped with a new ball, some baby food, sippy cups, diapers, stuffed cow, his own bunny ears and a frisbee. It was so cute how excited he was as he crawled to it, big difference from Christmas.

Happiness is a new ball!

We made German pancakes for breakfast , yum! We eat them with cinnamon apples, almonds and maple syrup!

Leftover Indian tiki masala for lunch (so nice to have leftovers and not have to cook on this lazy conference Sunday!)

Chicken Parmesan for dinner, this was kind of something I just threw together and it turned out really yummy! Holidays are all about the food right?

Cadbury egg cupcakes! I had to do something that felt festive since we skipped out on the egg hunt this year to be lazy and watch conference.

We spent the majority of the day watching LDS General Conference and discussing the awesome major changes that were announced! (Here is a link to this April 2018 Conference to Watch Here) We were thankful to be able to hear from our Prophet, on such a holiday as this. After general conference was over we had a mini easter photo shoot for Jetson and then I made dinner and cupcakes! Here’s some more pictures !

I love this little family of mine and I am so thankful for what our Savior Jesus Christ did so long ago and continues to do for my family and all the people of the Earth. Whether a heathen or a Saint were all sinners, and Christ can perfect us.  I am so thankful for the knowledge that he died for us, so that we may live again with our Heavenly Father. I am thankful for the knowledge that he did so, because he truly loves us.
